Wait–more Barry? I thought we were done with Barry! No, in fact, we decided we had never properly wrapped things up with him, and so we gave him this fond farewell.

Of course, this comic doesn’t make a whole lot of sense without the rest of the comics page on which it was published. So here’s the rest of the joke–featuring fellow Cavalier Daily comics Wondertwins Balboa by Thomas Lynch and whatever Gassmann and Marcus Allmon’s comic was called at the time (Luftwaffle?).
