Someone once asked me, “Dave, when you do those weird comics where you and Joe talk about something and then wind up drawing your characters doing this, is that considered canon?” To which I replied, “well, considering that the panels of Joe and I actually happened in every case I can think of, the majority of the strip is canon, so if you round up, yes, it is canon.”

I have to know – Joe, is your mattress really up against your wall? Looks like you just moved, but I hope you’ve got at least a bed!
i was just thinking that the depiction of dave’s apartment is quite accurate, except there is no air conditioning unit in the window…..and he rarely keeps bourbon on that shelf :P
That is a very good representation of Doc’s apartment. Although the window shelf looks barren bereft of bourbon.
