Honestly, I’d have expected this kind of remark from Boromir, not Aragorn. Especially considering how he acts in the book! Boromir’s a bit of a jerk, to be quite honest. I’m not saying I was glad when he bought the farm, but you’ve got to admit that the Fellowship was pretty much doomed to fail because of his presence.
