The title given to this strip may lead you down an incorrect road of thought. In truth, this strip’s conception had nothing to do with musings about the once great, now mostly abandoned comic Perry Bible Fellowship, that I recall. I do remember having a lot of fun coming up with the names for our peg-people. Also, backgrounds that aren’t just our sweet art-deco circles!

The general form and punch line of this joke was gifted to Dave and I by George Leffue, one of my old roomies. As I drew the strip, I began noticing striking similarities to the form used in PBF. Or… was it just me?
