War returned from Friday’s shopping trip with more roughage than YOUR BODY HAS ROOM FOR.
Yeah I’ve never actually eaten kale, to my knowledge. So…someone enlighten me about its many…nutritious benefits?

VALUE-copia! Copious quantities, VALU-pricing.
One day I’ll break down and start using illustrator for these logos.
Dave: Enter the name of any food into http://www.wolframalpha.com and it will generate an FDA nutrition label. Of all the things you might do with WolframAlpha, that’s the one i end up using the most.
E: You’ve heard the phrase ‘Know thy enemy’?
kale is about $1.00 a pound… and a pound is a lot of kale volumetricly.
I had a roommate once that used to boil it down then put sweetened condensed milk on it.
i cant believe you actually know what to do with kale.
How thorough. Thank you.
You’ve probably eaten kale as part of the filling in Chinese dumplings. Its high in vitamins A and C, is a decent vegetarian source of iron and protein and contains a number of essential trace vitamins and minerals.
To dispose of kale: Cook hot and fast in bacon drippings. Should wilt considerably. Wrap in wonton wrappers along with some sort of meat and other ‘real’ fillings. Fry.
Oh god I started laughing at the last panel and couldn’t stop. Well done both of you guys.
