Kind of a weird anti-comic, this one. Really more of a PSA, which we noticed during its creation and made a nod to, trying to salvage the joke. It sort of worked (admittedly, there were plenty of occasions where other comics in the paper made strips that had no traditional punchline, and were just a series of not-necessarily humorous observation–but why follow the pack?).

I wonder why Joe didn’t draw T’s chains in panel 2…
