There’s something I find hilarious about innocent, straightforward Elmo announcing plainly how drunk he is. UVa has a tradition of streaking, particularly streaking the Lawn (centerpiece to our University). There’s also a healthy tradition of getting liquored up to do it, and then hiding the clothes of the streakers so that they have to wander around in the nude doing a scavenger hunt when they’re already winded from running a third of a mile, mostly uphill. This is, needless to say, considered hilarious by all, or at least hilarious by most.
