Death must get a bit irritated coming home to his brothers’ shenanigans all the time. Think about it–his job has long hours (in fact, it’s only possible to complete at all thanks to Santa-style time dilation or somesuch nonsense), and when he finally gets off work all he wants to do is kick back, relax, maybe do some light reading. Instead he has to deal with all kinds of crap that simply isn’t his problem. The man shepherds the souls of the world into the afterlife! Give him some peace and quiet!

I imagine he must spend a lot of time with Enigma–ninjas know the virtues of silence.
