I said we’d bring back War as a mall Santa, didn’t I? Admittedly, he’s a pretty irate Santa, but a convincing one. I estimate Pestilence comprehends the world around him at about the rate of a malicious elementary school student, who just happens to also be an immortal anthropomorphized apocalyptic entity.
‘Tis the season and all that jazz! If you’re interested in a good, entirely fictional work about Christmas, might I suggest Terry Pratchett’s Hogfather? If you enjoy fantasy, humor, or works that feature an anthropomorphized version of Death (hm? Well, do you enjoy those works?) you’ll probably appreciate the wit of Pratchett, and his ginormous series.
Happy Friday–go spread some Christmas cheer, we’ll see you back here next week!

Please consider clicking on the banner ad at the bottom of the page so they keep paying us $1 a day. I’m sure SOME of you like Shojo Manga, right…?
I’ve been thinking more and more lately about the darker side of the horsemen… clearly, things like God and Sin and the Actual Apocalypse aren’t really within the scope of our light-hearted humor comic, but it’s interesting to think of OUR horsemen’s “secret agenda.” If shit got real TOMORROW… would The Boys go about their duty? Would Ted / Enigma / Screaming Bowtie Guy be spared? Who knows!
I would definitely like to see some grimdark Horsemen.
I love it! The “…boy?” part and how cute little Pestilence wants peace and goodwill toward men, though it may be his job to prevent that.
