What a weird culture mash-up we’ve got here in panel 1…300 and Rocky 3. Heck, for that matter, what a weird culture mash-up this entire strip is. Umbrella Corportation (a Resident Evil reference), The Six Million Dollar Man…and let’s be honest, the robotic Clubber Lang in panel 3 is an homage to the Warforged of Dungeons and Dragons’s Eberron setting.

These are the levels we stoop to for laughs, and this is probably why no one at Virginia got our comic. But don’t worry, dear readers! In two strips you’ll see the single densest comic I’ve ever written…and I am ashamed.
