Though this strip technically debuted over the summer, the pain it expresses is still far too fresh.
If you haven’t watched Joss Whedon’s fanboy masterpiece Firefly, you should at least familiarize yourself with its excellent theme song. If you’re into the whole “space western music” thing, you might also enjoy the Bastion soundtrack.
That much whisky would make me maudlin as well.
Do you think it gets sadder towards the end because the plot actually gets sadder, or because you know that it only ran one season and the end is near?
I am exactly like this! I just started watching it due to my friend hounding me about it and at first I was like “meh, what’s so great about this show?”. Now I’m getting closer and closer to finishing it and it’s making me sad.
