Based heavily on true events. Joe witnessed a young man in the attire described here, doing pretty much what’s described here. I can’t blame people for wanting to photograph the snow–Charlottesville, and the University of Virginia in particular are incredibly scenic with a couple of inches of fresh snow on the ground. But I wouldn’t eat it. And I certainly wouldn’t wear a silly hat. I’m a serious hats kind of guy.
