Here’s another artifact of the past, boys and girls. This one’s thrown into the archive in a weird way because the Cavalier Daily does a football preview issue every fall. We were told running a comic was optional, 300 was strong in the cultural consciousness, the strip was already written, and we decided to go for it. In our shiny new tube-based archive it just sticks out like a sore thumb.

Note the early use of a codpiece–this will become a recurring theme.
