Some of you may not know the exact date–but it’s relevant that the first Thanksgiving was November 1621. Life before then? Basically hell, and that’s historically accurate!
Our “Olde Timey” gag has showed up a couple of times before. You already know how much we like history, and with Thanksgiving rearing its poignant head, this one just made sense.
Not to be too sappy or anything, but I’m glad to do this comic–and glad to have Joe to illustrate it! I certainly never thought I would be doing something like this, writing for a webcomic of my own. And for those of you out there in Tubeland reading–I’m pretty thankful for you too. Now go and eat some leftover turkey before I kill you with my sentimentalism and we’ll see you back here Monday for our regularly scheduled apocalyptic shenanigans.

I’m not sure if things were different back then, but my brief stay in Maine has led me to regard it as a beautiful yet desolate place, in which only ice, snow, death and moose thrive. And I was there in SPRING.
snowball fight?
Can Death kill snow? I can’t really think of anything that would make me happier than a full-scale Death/snow war…
